I stayed at this hotel and found a mix of pros and cons. It had a great location at the heart of Valparaíso, but the rooms were cramped and could really use some updates. The service was pretty underwhelming, and dining leave a lot to be desired. Overall, it might suit those on a tight budget, but I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay.

The room I got was cramped with barely any space to move, and it definitely felt outdated. It had high ceilings, but the thin walls meant I could hear everything from neighbors. Rating: 3/10

My stay at this hotel was pretty disappointing. While it's located right in the heart of Valparaíso, the cramped rooms and poor cleanliness really marred the experience. The staff didn’t seem to care about our concerns, which was frustrating. The breakfast options were minimal too, leaving much to be desired. Overall, it was an affordable option, but the value for money was lacking.
